Delivery Charges
All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located in the UK. Totals will be displayed before committing to buy.
Delivery Times
Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 2 working days from receipt of your order. However if products are marked 'Out of stock' or in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 28 days though we will endeavour to dispatch all items as quickly as possible. Please contact us for specific product lead times if your requirements are urgent.
Order Deadlines
All orders must be placed before 12.00 noon to be despatched the same day for the chosen delivery time scale.

What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock or they flagged as 'Out of Stock'. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item(s). If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
